Is this going to link with my existing ebay account?
 

I created a new stealth ebay/paypal account accidentally on the same computer as my existing and working ebay/account. Both new and existing are currently working. I am afraid that anything happened to a new account would be linked to my existing account. I am planning to access my existing on a new computer with a new router from now on. Is this enough to break the linkage between the both accounts, or the two accounts have already been linked? Any advice will be much appreciated!!!

Did you clear out your cookies and use a different IP though when you created them? or is this wishful thinking on my part :rolleyes:

By the way, you cannot ever 'break the linkage' once an account is linked...

I am just wondering if ebay only links the accounts when one of them is blocked/suspended. But I am not sure. Maybe, I have to let the new account hibernate until the existing account gets suspended or something. Currently, the existing account is doing pretty well. Just too valuable to lose.

I didn't clear up the cookies or use different IP. Just simply forgot I was on the same computer as my existing, until I finished registering the new ebay/paypal. I realized but too late.

no ebay links accounts before they are suspended to...many things can cause a link of accounts such as sharing IP with personal details or cookies etc.

So many things which are all outlined in the stealth guide.

Ah well theres your answer, you must clear out your cookies thats very basic first steps, and use seperate windows user accounts to keep your different ebay/paypal accounts seperate.

To clear the cookies download CCleaner.

They are definitely linked but it isn't as bad as I thought it was. I thought you created a new stealth account on a suspended user account/computer.

Their is still nothing you can do, they are both linked, if one goes down then the other will be behind it. You are best leaving this new account and carry on using your 'valuable' account. One false move with this new account and it could get suspeneded/limited and that would be the end of your 'valuable' account.
