New question about IP adress

Dear all

I am new here....well, I have a question about the ip address...I am moving to Europe and still want to use the current ebay account and paypal to continue my business because it runs good....I will list the items in Europe and let my friends help me to send out items at US. Whether my acount would be suspended after they found that my IP adress is outside US? BTW,could I use a VPN to resolve this? Thanks a lot....

Assuming you are on .com you may be able to contact EB and inform them you will be in Europe for a few weeks and that you will be logging into your account from Europe. People do travel for their work and provided you present it right I cannot see why their should be a problem - 'my partner/husband/wife is still in the US sending out items' comes to mind.
