Can you be linked with an existing account
 

I've had a good search on the forum and can't find an answer to my questions, and I'm hoping someone might be able to help.

The company I worked for went bust a few months ago, owing ebay money. The company's ebay account is currently suspended and will no doubt be terminated at some point.

I acquired some of the stock, and have been selling it via my personal ebay account and taking payments from my own personal PayPal account. I've had these personal accounts for years and they are both in good standing

A couple of things are concerning me. I used to log in to my work's ebay and paypal accounts from my workplace, and I would also log into my personal accounts as well from there.

The other thing is, I would sometimes buy something on my personal ebay account, but use my work's paypal account to pay for it (for which i was later reimbursed), and there were times I would buy something from my personal account but get it shipped to my works address.

I have been selling my old work stock for two months without any problems, but I was wondering if it is likely that ebay will link my personal accounts with my old work's ones.

They are already linked as of a long time ago when you started jumping back and forth. How long they will last is unknown. If fees are still unpaid, the time is coming.

Are you saying that if a company has 50 employees,and they are all logging into their personal ebay accounts from their workplace, that they will be linked to their work's account, and if that work goes under owing ebay money, that eventually all these innocent people will have their accounts suspended?

No necessarily. It takes more than matching IP addresses for eB ay to take action. If everyone's personal account information is legit and there is nothing else linking them other than IP, they should all be ok. But, if there are multiple similarities between certain accounts, then yes, they can most certainly be restricted as soon as the one with delinquent payments becomes restricted.
