Changing IP with NET SHADE

Hi, I have a question: I purchased NetShade, for those of you that are not familiar with it, it is a program that allows you to change the IP address you have to hundreds of different ones whenever you would like. I need to know if this is good enough for me to use when starting out a new eBay account and not wanting anyone to track my IP? Thanks.:clap:

Yeah ive not heard of anyone changing their IP with netshade but im sure some fellow yanks will chime in...

Also, the IPs it gave you are most likely flagged by eBay already.
