Anyone know of a VPN that works for paypal/ebay?

I am looking for a working VPN service, that is not banned by ebay/paypal, and is confirmed working.Dialup just isn't a option for me due to various complications, and I cannot change my static Ip and my provider said no.
Also, I'm planning to use Auctiva for ebay.

Since you are in the USA, there is no way you need a VPN.

You have many other options that will allow you to function in stealth mode.

Did you use SEARCH to look for this topic.

I myself have commented on the subject B4 so I know the info is there.... SEARCH now.
