Suspected Network Sharing Device

When Im changing Ip and use it a while on same comp. user account the whatismyipaddress.com allways report "Proxy: Suspected Network Sharing Device" .Why?

My router or modem with ISP sending some sign out or just the whatismyipaddress.com recognize the changing IPs by it's cookies after a period of time?
Any idea why?
I dont use anything so still is ok to use the Ip?
