IP in Diff state than account?

What will happen if my VPN gives me a IP in let's say NY but my stealth account and stealth paypal details are set in VA or NC will ebay or paypal limit me right away or suspend me?

p.s. I searched the forums and couldn't find an answer thanks :)

also who uses VPS and I still dont understand why a VPS is "better" than a VPN or why a VPN is "bad" I mean arent they the same thing?

Ya, the air smells like gunpowder now instead of flowers. What a great idea, lets go explode things!
I kind of had a similar question as well- I wonder if mobile broadband assigns an IP based on which state you are in at the time, or if ipburger will just say Verizon or Tmobile and not give clue as to location. Thus, if I am in California now, may not be best to set up new accounts if I am returning soon to Wisconsin (where I will usually be logging in)

ya, hopefully someone will answer our questions!!! im nervous to set up new accounts until I get back to the state I usually am in, whether using mobile broadband or not.

I have no VPN experience, but I have partners on multiple EB accounts and we work together accessing the same account from different states.

These accounts are Top Rated and run smoothly.

I have never (knowingly) had an issue with it. I do not have an IP that matches my address.
