Did infect (link) boss's account because of my suspension
 

1. I got suspended.
2. I have been using my boss's account for buying work stuff mostly, and some selling, before the suspension. That stuff always went to their address. I was selling stuff and buying stuff for them.
3. From the same computer I have used both accounts, logging in with same browser, no clearing of cookies or anything, within minutes of each other, definately on the same day.
4. I have bought things on my boss's account and used my Paypal which is linked to my suspended account.
5. My boss's account is still active, mine is still suspended, but I did make a purchase on my suspended account with my Paypal.
6. I need to sell some stuff on my Boss's account, stuff totally unrelated to what I was selling on my account.

Did I screw up his account now?

So basically does using a Paypal linked to a suspended eBay account,
and using both accounts from the same computer,
infect the account who's only problem is having things paid with the linked Paypal account?

Yes, the accounts are linked and you may or may not see an issue on your bosses account until you try to sell something on it.

Buyer accounts have much more leniency than seller accounts.

BUT: Expect the worst sometime in the future.

One of the key cornerstones of stealth methodology - pick up the guide +/- read around the forums to understand how eb / pp tracks and links.

Would it make any sense to contact eBay and tell them to not close my bosses account? Or would that just flag me down and run me over?

I would not call them and talk to them. Maybe your boss can but I would stay away from it.
