how can i fix this PP transferproblem, :pry:

i sent 2 transfers from a stealth pp account to an my actual pp acount. one for 600, another for 195. however now the stealth account is limited and the transferred money is being held for resolution. pp is awaiting ax explanation from both accounts but i havent responded. I wanted to know what is the best way to
1. have the funds pushed through to the actual PP account (like what should i say or do an either end that will make PP give the money to me and not back to the limited account)
2. how i can get the stealth account unlimited? what steps do i need to take?

I have had this a couple of times, and it seems like they wont release the funds until you fix the limitation on the stealth account.
That's my experience.

Why do that? It says all over this forum what is likely to happen. Both accounts need to be rock solid and well aged to be certain of getting away with that:doh:
