Why didn't PP link if we used the same address and ip?
 

Here is my dilemma. I had two eb accts and 2 pp accounts real info (before i knew of stealth) my brother who lives in same house also has eb and pp (his real info)

My 2 pp got banned but not my 2 eb accounts which is weird.

I am wondering why pp has not banned my brothers account since it has been using the same ip as my 2 pp accts and also has the same address as my 2 pp accounts.

The question i have, if i open another account with another brother i have, use his real info (same address, and ip address) is there a possibility of everyone getting the boot? suggestions?

Consider it somewhat lucky and somewhat "only a matter of time". Your idea of trying to open new accounts under same details/ip/whatever is dangerous and risky for LONGTERM operations.

Perhaps your brother hasn't tried to list anything since your accounts got suspended?

my brother's been selling and still sells i also still list legit items once in a while and use paymate or moneybookers. He only uses pp to pay or buy items. i had my pp set up to pay for fees. This was my legit account before i knew of stealth. I have purchased stealth but the problem is i dont want my bro to mess it up for me (same ip with wireless) so i'm thinking what to do..
