i did change my IP but i got this message after linking my old pp account.what to do?

Ive heard of this before, they are trying to get info...are you sure your account(s) is on hold? How many?

do ebay have started investigation already or its only can starting after i inform id
 

actually i have others 5 accounts and all of these are on suspension because its linked to each other. just now i i have following ASPKIN instructions like
changing my IP address and also eliminating cookies. even i did reinstall windows xp. just i had not created another paypal account. altought i did change paypal email address. and its was my surprise that when i did enter with this new email for linking to my paypal account that i did realize ebay system had idetified my computer once before i could entering with my new email address. Really ebay system had pre filled the fields with my old paypal email address. i did corect it with my new email adddress but then whenever i tried to sell that i got the above message. Im wandering if they will start investigation only after i inform all my others users id or its that they have started it already? thanks for response

So you used the same PP with all these accounts? If so that was the problem. You have to have one NEW PP per EB account. Simply changing the email address on the PP account doesn't work. You have to make new ones.

Also if your using Firefox you will have to clean your Private Data to get that pre filled stuff out..but they don't see it...but you want to get it out incase you accidentally log into the wrong account..

doh!, Paypal account linkage. Changing the email address is no way to hide.
