Would this get me linked?
 

I already know ebay can link accounts that use the same paypal account (even if you used a different email address).

Can they link me by the paypal account I use for receiving payments (assuming I changed the email). The PayPal account used for paying fees and buying is a brand new one.

I have an old paypal account which has been through a lot and remained unlimited... I still want to use it to receive payments and not have to go through the whole mess of a new paypal account.

If you follow all the stealth steps, there would be no reason to believe you are linked.
