t mobile dongle how to change I.P

Does anyone know how you change the I.P on a T-mobile dongle.I knwo you reset it but how do you actually do this ? I can't find a reset setting anywhere

Even if you take it out then reconnect it to the machine it will disconnect then reconnect the internet .. then go to ipburger.com and see if its changed
