Just been hit with an email to provide a Social id or tax Number?

Ok i browsed a few forums to see if i could get an answer for this question.
looks like paypal wants my social security
i cant give it to them because it is connected to a banned account

i do have a tax id but im not sure if i should give it to them.
will giving it link me?
my tax id has my real info.

can i buy something on here like a social or faux tax id to bypass? (if thats possible)

get another tax id on irs.gov

use your ein number .......irs.gov..............there's no such talk as a stealth or faux ssn
