Tracking location for USB Broadband users...?

I've always assumed if the technology is out there, PP/EB are probably using it. Well I came across this screengrab in Google images when I was looking for iMac setups, it's of a stolen computer using some kind of location reporting, and it was showing LATITUDE & LONGITUDE (besides isp info)! See photo below... Do you think that USB Broadband devices like Virgin Mobile show a lat/longitude location when I use them?

thats a software thing that you can actually install on any computer. google lojack for laptops.

But don't you think that Ebay tracks that to some degree? Actual, physical location?
