Help with changing ip address for verizon fios w/ actiontec router
 

Hello I have Verizon Fios with the Actiontec router and I need help changing my IP address. Does anyone know how I can do this? Im using a program that changed my IP but everytime I log into Paypal they put a limitation on my account because it says I'm logging in from a different part of the US everytime. I just want to change my IP address one time because I am only using one stealth account. PLEASE HELP!!!

You have to release and renew your ip. I think its under network configuration or something took me a while to find it.

But yeah just find the release button, click it, wait a few moments then click the renew button that shows up.

did you ever get the IP changed and if so how ?

You can also physically turn off and on the actual modem itself - wait a few moments between turning it back on and test the ip with ipburger
