Rather than creating separate windows users, wouldn't it also be safe to use a program like Sandboxie - Sandbox software for application isolation and secure Web browsing to run your browser?
I've used this program for years. Running a Sandboxed version of Firefox basically quarantines/silos everything off into one specified folder on your pc.
When you're done, delete the sandbox and it nukes that folder along with everything Firefox/Adobe flash put on your HD during that session. Your computer returns to the state before you ran the Sandboxed Firefox session as if you never launched it.
You could also create separate Firefox sandboxes for each account (named after your accounts) completely silo-ed off from each other with separate adobe flash/temp/cache/cookie folders for each.
