Default Linking by buying/selling same items?

Is it possible for ebay to link you if you sell pretty much the same low value items on multiple accounts to obtain some feedback? I think this is how they got me recently. I was listing very similar penny auctions on multiple accounts and then selling the same higher value items. Almost all accounts got suspended. Do you think selling the same low value items was a problem?

They sure can - and they very well might if a personal agent reviews them. You need to vary things up.

This is just one of the ways that one may give themselves up by. Make your accounts different in everything, not just data but what you do with them as well

true but does ebay really have agents reviewing accounts? I always thought they just run algorithms and bots that scan their whole system and take all the decisions. It would require huge menpower to check all the accounts...

No of course they don't have thousands of agents checking every account, but they do have agents checking the accounts the bots pick up.

Only takes one agent to suss you out and they'll be on the constant look out for you. Vary things up, keep them guessing!

the thing is if ebay wants to link you they will whether they have a valid link or not. people on here have said they were linked but when they asked what they are linked to, ebay said they cant give out that info and that was that.

ebay has and always will do whatever it wants with no rhyme or reason
