O2 dongle / sim
 

Hi all, just a quick question regarding ip address and sims..

I currently use a O2 dongle and I believe I've accidentally logged in to my suspended account. If I change the Sim card Will this change the ip address or do I need to get another dongle....obviously I will do all the other steps to clean my tracks... Thx Sven

With the O2 dongle everytime you connect/disconnect it should actually change IP, give it a test with ipburger.com and report back.

If you logged in the account just once i wouldn't worry about it too much.

Will give it a whirl, just didn't want it to pick up the old ip by some fluke..

Using 02 Dongles to access stealth accounts
 

Hi,

I have 3 new stealth accounts.

I use 1 from my home internet and have purchased a new 02 Dongle to access the second one (same laptop but different user account).

Ive noticed that everytime i log in i get a new IP address which is great! I plan on purchasing a Vodafone dongle for accessing my 3rd account with.

Am i right in thinking that the 02 and Vodafone will have totally different IP addresses if i use them from the same spot at around the same time??

Should be different IPs - I mean, the companies are different so logical that they will provide different IPs ...to me at least.
