Address on eBay and Paypal need to match?
 

Hello

I am from the UK but have to sell (or, rather did sell) on ebay.com

I have always had a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ US address as my registration address so I am billed in US dollars for seller fees. I avoid any ebay/paypal currency conversions.

I am setting up a stealth account. My paypal bank name and bank account will all be from a local UK address. But my registration address will be New York, where my new IP comes from.

Does my ebay registration address and country need to match my new paypal account details?
