Several computers do I need to change all IP addresses

Hello all, I have 5 computers in my home from a previous business, do I need to change all the IP addresses, and I use to log into paypal on my Iphone how do you disable it? I also wanted to know to be completely safe should I designate a comptuer for each account?

1. Each account should have its own IP. 2. Iphone experience of mine is limited -wait for others to chime in. 3. Sure that would work - designate one comp per account.
