Can i use gmail spreadsheet for my ebay accounts.

I am using gmail spreadsheet to keep all information about my different accounts. How can I transfer it from one account to another without getting my IP or other information revealed to ebay or paypal ( so that way they will not be linked). Thanks,,,,

Gm ail has nothing to do with pp or eb - different companies - they cant see this info...
