Dial Up modem and phone calls

I use Dial Up for ebay. But Im expecting a call from paypal.

Problem is if they call while Im on, I wont get the call. The Dial Up numbers I use are v.90, a quick google search says for a modem to have call waiting it needs v.92

Is there any way to get call waiting in my situation?
