Turbo Lister Password Security Added...can Ebay See My Ip Now Because Of This?
Today I updated my Turbo Lister that I currently use on my Virtual Machine to upload items to Ebay only to discover that Ebay now wants me to "log in" to my Ebay account for added security before accessing Turbo Lister.
Does anyone happen to know if that now means that Ebay will be able to see our IP addresses through Turbo Lister? If they see my IP address, I know that they will immediately suspend my account again, and I definitely do not want that to happen after working to get myself re-established...
Any thoughts please?
Thanks in advance!

Well it's been about 5 days now since I went ahead and logged into the new Turbo Lister Log on system and they still have not closed my account. I will continue to update this thread after another week has passed.
risky... i really would like to continue using TurboLister, but i've spent too much time building up new accounts and building feedback for risking a link and get suspended again with these new account. Plus it really seems obvious to me that, since TL is ebay's software, you get at list to have your IP sent to ebay spying squad.
Yeah! Still alive as of 6/19/2008. I love auctiva as well, and I use it on my individual listings, but for my graphic art items where I use the same item template over and over and drag and drop the photos Turbo Lister is still the fastest method for me.
Joe, just a quick suggestion. Be honest in your business dealings and you can't go wrong. No more selling pirated software or other property. Don't steal from potential customers, if a transaction goes bad refund the money. Also, know that you will be reported to Ebay if they don't cancel your account.
Everyone be wary of "geniusjoe". He was booted from EBay for selling pirated discs using the name custom specialists. I can't imagine his plans are honorable considering all the money he has stolen from customers over the past few months, claiming to be selling Sony laptops and the like.
