Different websites different IP

Hi,
I was recently suspended from Ebay.I am trying to open a new account.I want to make sure I go thru all the necessary steps so that I dont get suspended again.I am trying to change my IP address.I have used four websites to find my IP address and each website comes up with a different IP.Although everytime I check my IP with an individual website it gives me the same IP.I can check IP burger for example it will give me an IP I will check Whatismyip and it will give me another however if I go back to IPBurger it will give me the same IP as it did before.Here are the results.
64.12.117.202 Ip Burger
64.12.116.65 whatismyipaddress.com
64.12.117.140 whatismyip.com
64.12.117.70 ipaddressworld.com
I have a DSL boradband modem and a lynksys router I am having no luck changing my IP.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I have AOL VR setup on this computer

does this mean that with aol, ip address doesn't mean much?

pepper has given out the same ip address I get with burger.
I also use the aol 7.0 with cable modem and linksys.

this gets me to thinking that what if someone else has gotten banned with these ip address, will i get flagged too?

wow, in fact, all my ip addresses are the same as pepper -- thoughts?

Lucky YOU, trig. AOL is one of the only proxys that ebay accepts. Good choice.
