Am I linked through replying by email?

I just tried to see if replying by email works without me having to log into the stealth account.

So I was in my account 1 with its ip.
Logged into hotmail of account 2 in the ip of account 1.
sent a message from account 1 through ebay to account 2
received it on hotmail of the account 2 which is logged into account 1 ip.
Replied back.
will this get me linked?
