Emails..gmails..ebay tracking..and Thunderbird
 

hey guys..
...got some guestion for 100 bucks ;)

If:
1) I have only google emails for different ebay accounts
2) use thunderbird on one computer account to read all emails..
3) have activated image display.. plus..i reply to all emails from this one computer account..
4) and sometimes I open email links in firefox..

is ebay still able to track me?

even though I use gmails... ?

If you have the images disabled (don't activate them :doh:) then you can have as many accounts in Thunderbird as you want, as long as you don't click any links. Just look at the message.

That's what I seemed to have learned from multiple threads about this already. Can anyone confirm once again?

2. Reading emails is ok
3. You're doing it backwards. No image display. Replying to emails in Thunderbird will show your IP to the receiving party.
4. If you open eBay email links from the same computer/windows user and have images activated you are going to link all of your accounts.

Have you read the stealth guide?

Is that, 100 bucks per questions or all 4 questions?

And I prefer the Camaro, I dont like the Thunderbird looks. :pound:

okay.. I think that we confuse these email issues a bit too much
Most of you are saying that gmail does not allow to send back our IP number..
so its save to use all google mails on one computer account.

Now.. many guys here saying that pictures in thunderbird need to disabled..otherwise my accounts will be linked..

Ebay Stealth ebook is not clear in some parts..there is a lot of "small" topics to research further.. & it would help these who still get caught by ebay.

And you expect help? My suggestion is to loose the attitude and do a little leg work in searching the archives of past post.

I just said that its really confusing because
there are statements that claim ebay can link accounts even if we use google mails..
and then many people claim that google mails are blocking our IP numbers..
so as you can see its confusing..one statement contradicts another.
This is too serious topic .. so I asked for some final answer or explanation.. which I have not got.

it seems that you do not understand the specifics. the subject has been talked about numerous times on the forum. if you do not have images disabled on your email accounts then you can be linked.

email images disabled... its a general approach not to get linked which we all know on this forum..

I was asking specifically about google mails.. as some claim that google DOES NOT send BACK our ip numbers to ebay..which means.. we DO NOT have to disable images.

Just wanted to get some more details about how google mail work in general... nothing else ;) seems like this topic is too "deep"

What you are doing can easily link you. Same browser on same windows account and not to mention same IP !!! At the very least use different browsers.

you are talking about 2 different subjects which is confusing you. disabling images has NOTHING to do with google revealing or not revealing your ip address. beacons are put in the emails by ebay and paypal and if you do not have images disabled these get automatically downloaded and will reveal info about your computer
