Switch internet connection from Comcast to Verizon
If I switch the internet service from Comcast to Verizon and use all new information ( phone munber,email and bank account), can ebay or paypal recognize me again? It seems that both comcast and verizon use same Fios line to provide intenet. I wonder if each apartment have a a special fixed number for internet connection, then ebay and paypal will recognize this number to locate the extract address no matter what service or IP address changes. |
