Wifi (off Cable Provider, ie VERIZON)

Anyone know if creating the Wifi option for DSL (such as Verizon) creates a new IP address to use? Lets say Bob uses his Verizon broadband but then decides to use the Wifi off Verizon -- is there still a chance to get the same IP on either method to connect?

the address that is created from the wifi router is an internal ip. this makes no difference. all they see if the external ip which comes from your dsl connection
