I have one acct on iPhone, one on iPad. Since I've been using the cloud has the eBay ap been sharing my info and linking me?

Most likely yes, I don't recommend the Ebay/PP apps. I suggest you use your browser, clear all cookies. I suggest a browser called "Atomic Web" it works on IPhone and IPad and is great for Stealth.

I believe there is also a private browsing mode for the native safari browser. I like mercury browser.

there are many Apple browsers do not store any cookies at all, the good news about Ipad and Iphone, they can not store flash cookies
