i linked my paypal with a suspended ebay accountCan i use that paypal to create new ebay account?

No. Once you linked that paypal to the suspended ebay account that's it. You need to create a new paypal to match your new ebay, everything should match such as name, address, phone, etc.

That ruined the new stealth account.

Do you want to ruin every new account that way?

Never use old info from a suspended account with a new stealth account.

That will link you.
