use android phone to check sealth acct and old acct ?

Do you think it would be safe to go on ebay app that's on my android phone I've been using on my restricted eBay acct , to look at my new stealth acct?

I know on my laptop I use FireFox to clear cookie history and use a different up address

Was just wondering how much would need to be done with my android phone by accessing my new acct.

Also my phone seems to have a different ip address everytime I go on line , I guess I'm wondering about cookies on my phone?

every browser no matter what has an option to clear cookies. If you don't know how...Google is your best friend.

As for IP goes, make you sure you log all your IPs with the account u used, Stealth rules apply when using your phone.
