VPN with Verizon 3G Connection?

Does anyone know if this will work for creating and maintaing stealth accounts? I use a mobile hotspot and logon with my laptop. Thing with Verizon my IP is changing constantly I just don't want to spend money an set up multiple accounts just to be linked. Any help would be appreciated.
