cleaning out cookies flash object and ebay asking for identity always
 

So i go to cafe and I see that everytime i clear my cookies and flash object through ccleaner.. and try to list something on ebay (or i think even logging on).. they ask me for security question and i basically get pin code... and log on.. wondering if this is not a red flag??

Also does ebay tracking everything that i do that is not submitted.. like when im switching back and forth on quantity and description and keep changing before i click the submit button? cause it seems that when my internet is down or i accidently close browser or something it gets left off where i started from...


or just paranoid??
