Common IP address, shared cookies = account linking and suspension

My girlfriend has an ebay account established before i got suspended she sells low dollar baby goods and logs in with my ip and cookies been using it and listing new items since suspension on june 20th I know im stupid but they have seperate paypal phone #s her name and address you think they will still figure it out and suspend eventually i mean everytime i log into the account i expect to see the you are suspended msg, yet nothing so far ?

Give it time. It will most likely happen. If your account stays suspended, they will find the other account.

If everything is different between the accounts, she might get lucky. But if just one thing is the same, consider it a goner.

You may get suspended however there is a chance you can weasel your way out of it. Me and my wife had the same thing happen. I got my account suspended, then a month later her account got axed. I called up ebay and after all the faxing of info they reinstated my wife's account because she sold totally different items than me.

You can pretty much expect a limitation and suspension. Maybe not a limitation if you've been good to Paypal ;-)

But that still would mean that the Paypal account can't be linked to any other eBay account.

I would recommend setting up a new eBay account and Paypal account now, just to be ready and safe. Read the Auction stealth guide for more information on how to do that.

I would immediately clean out all the cookies and then NOT log into the account at all for 30 days. Then clean everything again before you login. I've done it before by mistake and not using it for 30 days saved the account for me. It's going strong with 160+ feedback now since the day it happened (it had 20 back then). Doesn't mean it'll work for you but worth a try.

It really depends. My own account got suspended last year, then I used my Mom's information to open another account on the same computer, same IP without deleting any cookies. The address I used on my Mom's account is in Arizona, I live in California. They never give me a vitrifaction phone call or anything, It has been 1 year. Last week, my Mom's account got suspended because vero item. It had 1000+ feedback on it. I just set up 2 accounts with other relatives' information, and just got a new laptop. I will clean cookie and change IP now since they pay more attention on new accounts.

I have a question I have 3 different pre 11/07 accounts (buyer ones) but I used all 3 around the same time to buy something from one of my accounts that has now been suspened to build it's feedback. I just marked it payed and then I left feedback for myself if I use those 3 other accounts now will that link me or look suspisous.
