Ip address change, is this correct?

Hi, I log into my router click restart and get a new Ip in the form of 86.41.xx.xxx,
so it is changing, Is this enough to fool ebay? I've heard they can also track you by MAC address?

Change your mac address.

It's enough; eBay isn't tracking your mac address.
