If I'm using Firefox and have it set to erase cookies....

....then is that IP address being different each time I log in going to matter? I've read the Stealth guide until I'm cross-eyed today, I've literally been on here since 7 am trying to get this new ebay account up and running. So have mercy in your replies.
Also, I just need to worry about the IP addresses if I (a) have more than one ebay account I log into and/or (b) I am logging into ebay? I'm finding myself getting a bit paranoid and thinking I need a new IP every time I go online now. I'm going to get some Xanax and I'll be back to see your responses...

no that wont change your ip ;)
Is your i.p static ? meaning, if you were to turn off your modem and turn it back on would you still have the same ip?? If you dont know, do this.....

1. go to What's My Ip
2. Write down ip.
3. Switch off your mode via power source or reset button.
4. go to What's My Ip
5. check if its the same or not.

If it is the same then you have a static ip and i suggest using an ip changer/hider.
You'd have to ask the more experienced members about them.

I dont have have a static ip address u see.. Let me know how you go !

p.s Erasing cookies means it will just erase all of your history with ebay, other websites etc. Site u have visited and cookies planted on your computer.

You just need to change your IP address once. Not every time you connect.

Once your IP address is changed you're good to go. If you want to create a second eBay account, you'll need to change your IP address again. You can not use the same IP address for both eBay accounts. You'll need to change it between accounts.
