You need to allow some tracking cookies through, if you block too much out eBay/PayPal will get suspicious

The Tor Browser will work fine if your watching, searching eBay but I will suggest a few things:

1. Do not use any eBay account you use for selling.
2. Create a separate User account for this task.

Especially with TOR you get IPs from all over the place, different countries, I wouldn't login to my accs :)

Purchasing an already created account works. There are certain steps that get taken .

If your intention is to buy an established account, you discuss issues with the seller in private.

Simple excel spread sheet works great for me.
