Can ebay see the name on a VCC used to verify pay pal?

I need to link a verified pay pal act. in order to verify and sell a eBay Stealth act. My questions are:

1. If I use a bank and vcc that has my personal name but has NOT been used on the closed act will they be able to see my name? I read that ebay can't see the name on the bank but I am wondering if they can on the VCC. If I use the VCC to pay ebay fees can they see it? If I buy on Ebay with the vcc can they see the name. I don't want to get linked?

2. If they can see the name and link when I pay ebay fees how can I get around this?

I thought I read somewhere that If U pay ebay fees from your stealth checking or vcc that they can see the name? Also they can see it if you buy on ebay?

Is this true? If yes, how would I go about paying the ebay fees?
