Hi, i've just created a new windows user account but noticed all the software that I installed for my main windows account is installed on the new account.
Just want to double check there is no risk of exposure here?

No exposure as each user has a separate folder under Users that is only accessible when logged in by that user. The software itself can be installed as shared but the data is not.
