Is my address safe ?

I have a question, I just got an prepaid mastercard from Money Mart. the billing address of this card is the same address as in my suspended ebay accounts.

Does ebay track our address? If not, can I use this card on paypal to try my luck?

Best cc to use for ebay and paypal is the Simon giftaccount because you could send the virtual gift card to you of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ identity and pay for the card using your real info. This cc worked best for me and aspkin has recommended. If you havent already read the stealthbook I suggest you getting a copy its only $37 and plus you can become a registered member of the forum at the same time.

Today, 18th account got murdered by ebay. All gone for good.

Those 18 accounts have average of 97-98 positive feedback, half of them have more than 3000 points. Shame to eBay.
