toolbars
 

hi, i have been operating 6 accounts over 6 user names on windows and making sure i change ip address each time i log out of one user and into another,.

also i have been noting the ip's so i dont ever use the same one twice (unless its for the same stealth account), the accounts are all between 6-12 weeks old at the moment.

i have spent many hours reading posts on this forum, it is only recently i have seen the news about toolbars being bad for stealth, i have been using my brothers laptop for my stealth accounts and he added the 'bing' toolbar from microsoft about 2 months ago without telling me.

is there any way this could have linked my accounts? i know that i wouldnt have linked them to my old suspended account as this was suspended before the toolbar was installed.

i am worried that all my accounts will be somehow linked, and if one goes down they all will like a domino effect :doh:, any guidance from someone more knowledgeable than myself would be greatly appreciated

What Toolbar(s) are you talking about?

It is the 'bing' toolbar, its kind of like microsofts version of the google search bar

Bing wont link you - not owned by PP or eB - your worrying is a bit hyper in my opinion.

As long as you don't use anything from eBay or PayPal then you're good.

Better yet...get rid of your toolbars, I find them seriously annoying.

the toolbar has been uninstalled now anyway.

i was only worried as i read a post on this forum where someone said that you shouldn't use ANY toolbar when you are using stealth.


glad to have a little peace of mind, iv got a few bank accounts ready and waiting .

i didn't want to create more stealths until i knew they wouldn't be linked.

Sensible approach.

Already starting to think 'stealth'.

You are making new Window user accounts for each account, correct?
