I am talking about US VPS addresses. I am not naive enough to think someone can create a way to beat the IP check and ebay or PP does not have the resources to know it is not a "true ip" but my question is this.
Why do they allow it to happen? I mean if you have a vpn or vps go to vpsnine.com with your vps or vpn on and click order now you will see that they can detect VPS and VPN's easily.

if a company like vpsnine can see them we all know pp and ebay can too.

Why would ebay want some guy in India or wherever signing up for a US account? I was thinking the only thing it can be is they actually get a ton of bad accounts from there but when they see the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IP (meaning VPS or VPN) they watch them closer and they make their money on the ones watched closer.

I am not sure but really would like to hear other peoples ideas on this.

So I am long winded today so the question is

Why does ebay and PP allow VPS or VPN accounts to work for US accounts?

I think it's more of Ebay/Paypal banning large set of IP's from VPN's, VPS. As far as I know, VPS is the best method so far but a lot of users on the forum prefer to use USB Dongles for their IP address needs.

But if they can detect why do they let it work somewhat?
