A few things I did.
 

First, I bought and installed Window Washer from Webroot. Set it to automatically clear everything once the browser closes (IE only, but also cleans firefox at the same time).

Second, I got DSL so I could easily change my ip address (both Earthlink and ATT). Just power down and two minutes later you have brand new ip addresses with high speed (rather than dialup).

Third, I set my home page to checkipaddress.com so that I could see my new ip easily and quickly (it loads fast).

Fourth, I then jot down the ip address every now and then when I change it to make sure it doesn't repeat.

Simple and easy. :)

If your only using 1 account i wouldnt wipe your cookies all the time, no need. Ebay/paypal like to see them cookies. Obviously if your using multiple acc's then do.

I run multiple accounts, in addition I also have a couple of EPN accounts so it's necessary to wipe the cookies all the time.

EPN? Sorry what is that?
