Default User Accounts / Firefox troubles

Since all of my accounts went down in a matter of a few days I am working on all new accounts, new laptop, new camera, new everything.
Starting from scratch. Here is my question.

I created 3 new user accounts and downloaded Firefox on them all and also downloaded even ccleaner, set up emails, connections etc.

I switched from the 3rd one back to the first one and everything is gone, all that work is totally gone, connections, firefox, homepage etc gone.

What am I doing wrong?

And how do I download ccleaner and others one time for all user accounts instead of downloading them every time I create a new user account.

Sorry guy/gals not to tech savvy here and probably an easy answer but I do not want to risk making a mistake.

Thanks!!

What do you mean connections?

Just download and install CCleaner and you should be able to access it within each user. You really don't need it though since you're using different user accounts per eBay account.

I am using all new connections for all users now. Such as aol, dialup, att, cable etc, connections for all accounts will have a different user account and IP.

When I download cc cleaner it only shows up on the account I downloaded it and does not show for the other accounts.

And for some reason when I switch user accounts whatever I did or downloaded is gone and it says setting up your files like it does at the beginning. It is not remembering or saving anything once I leave the account.

Thanks!

Ok, I am using firefox again, very slow on dialup accounts but I will deal with it.
I use cc cleaner all the time. Just a panic thing.

you dont need to clean cookies every time u load a browser. It's only if your using multiple or creating multiples through the same user account.
If your using seperate user accounts on windows, let the cookies stay, paypal/ebay like their cookies there.

if your deleting your cookies everytime you load your browser your "i think" raising eyebrows. Once the account is open and clean of any traces from your previous suspensions, change your ip then stick to that ip and keep cookies in tact until you decide to change accounts or you get suspended

yes it may do, thats why it's best to create seperate user accounts on windows, thus not delting cookies like a loon

If you have a seperate windows xp user account for each ebay/paypal account, theres no need to wipe cookies. Regarding ip changes for logins im not sure about that. I think it's ok to use the same ip to login to multiple acc's but i wouldnt take the risk incase 1 drops and then they all get connected.

If you are however accessing all the accounts via a single username on your pc then yes wipe cookies/change ip etc.

EBHL- Yes, the original question was about switching between user accounts, when I do everything is gone, not just what I downloaded but also all the setups, the connections, everything is gone from the way I left it when I switched over to another user account.

So, its not cookies I am worried about, it's why would all my user accounts not remember the previous information and act like a new user account?

Shouldnt a user account stay the same when you leave it and go back to it?

my question when you have multiple accounts (and use multiple xp profiles) and switch between these do you need to delete all data cookies etc

Also do you need to change ip addresses between xp(ebay accounts)

Thanks all

You do not need to delete cookies if using separate xp users. That's the whole point in using separate users, it keeps your cookies and flash objects separate.

But you 100% need to change your IP address between users. You can not use the same IP address for multiple users, that will link you.

Noel i asnswered this twice above, why are people on this forum like broken records?

Aspkin, you say it will link you. It will only link you if you get busted on 1 account. You can run multiple accounts all on 1 ip just fine but if any upsets expect them all to go down

I know you know this, but just wanted to make the point straighter

Quick question...
If you make multiple accounts using one IP addy and once of those accounts get suspended but you dont log into any of the other ones after you created it, can you change ip addys and use a different account you created with an old ip addy? If this does not make sense to anyone let me know...I dont even know if it makes sense to me

That is what I figured but just checking to make sure. You all know a lot more than I do so I figured I would ask. The more info you have the more money you can make...thats a rule I go by anyways
