Default ipburger vs. command prompt?
i just got started using the personal VPN service. It and the IP config in command prompt are showing my new IP, but IP Burger and other sites keep showing the same one.

which one will ebay see?

It's probably to go off of IPBurger.com and other ip checking sites. They show you what eBay will see.
