ok make it simple guys.

1. Can paypal track your new account on the phone when you used the old one and link them?
2. Can ebay track your new account on the phone when you used the old one and link them.

Because now I have new IP address in my home but in the office I'm with the old one. I use paypal app on my phone in home but I'm worried about what will hapen in the office because the ip address is the old one (also the same with ebay app but for the moment I didn't put the new account on my iphone)

First of all, eBay/PayPal apps should not me used.
If u have signed in on accounts through wi-fi and shared ip adresses from home/work, then there is most likely a link.

1. Yes if you have not deleted cookies and you are using a browser.
