Same phone numbr but NEW device if I install eBay App and sign will ebay trace it?
 

I used to have eBay app installed on my Android smart phone, since suspension I got a new phone/device Galaxy S3.

My question is if I install and sign-in to the eBay app will ebay trace it to my suspended phone number? Since my phone number did not change but only the device.

I also read they track your Google Play (or iTune on iphone) so does that mean I'll have to change my Gooble Play account too?

One last question: why are you using the same phone number??? That will link you. A new number is needed absolutely.

If you are using that phone to browse eBay in a safe manner, or using the phone as a tether, then you do not need a new number.

If however you are registering the old number on new stealth accounts you WILL link the accounts. Need to be a new you when creating a stealth, and that included contact numbers.

To answer the OP's question...

No, they can't see your phone number from the device.... but they can see other things. When you install that crap you're giving out a ton of information about the device.

Don't use the apps as others have suggested.
