Can you open an incognito window for each user account, rather then login'n out of windows each time. (Ofc i will change my IP also).

You could, but it would not be a good way to go about stealthing so you really shouldn't.

Its pretty easy to just log in and out of windows accounts and builds up cookies, which ebay just loves.

Not wise at all.

Sicne CHROME is your OS, then you should stick to the well-defined methods of making user accounts, cookies etc.

If these variations worked, there would be heaps of posts around. There are none.

Avoid compromising stealth accounts.

Still would be better to use your separate window user accounts - this shortcut is not 100% failproof
