Best option for VPS account
 

So I am creating many accounts.

As you know I need to use different IP addresses for each new account.

I heard that some people have had trouble with VPN in the past.

So I am planning on using VPS. What is a good provider of VPS accounts?

VPS on windows operating systems + different IP's.. let's say 10 different IP with 10 different user accounts on 1 VPS server.

How much would something like this cost? AND does anyone else here have any experience in this?
